A Strategic, Applied Research Approach
Our research and development activities cover a wide range of solutions for our operational requirements within different geological layers.
- High-performance water-based mud to replace OBM in an environmentally restricted area
- Specialty-inhibited chemicals to drill sticky clays & troublesome shale zones
- Special chemicals and fluid systems for high-pressure saltwater layers
- HPHT Fluid systems for deep onshore and offshore wells
- LPMs and LCMs to cure complete/severe loss zones in high-permeable & fractured layers
- Special ROP enhancers and EP lubricants for deviated and horizontal sections
- Non-damaging fluids to mitigate formation Damage
- Workover & Completion Fluids
- Synthetic-based drilling fluids for deepwater offshore wells
- Low-weight drilling fluid systems for drilling low-pressure areas
- Application of nano-based additives in drilling fluids
- Development of the applicable waste management processes in the drilling industry
- Total fluids management solutions
We believe that research and development are key elements to continuous improvement. Our R&D department is interlinked from operations on the field sites to our engineering to develop tailor-made specialty chemicals, which result in optimized formulations. The conclusion has been the innovation of a wide range of Specialty Hi-Tech Chemicals, Fluid Systems, and Waste Management Solutions.
We have joined forces with several national/international universities and academic research institutions to extend the depth of our R&D. The laboratory equipment facilitates our quest for new green drilling fluid solutions.
We offer a wide range of drilling fluids, Formulations, and Systems for various types of applications. We provide the optimum drilling fluid solutions to cover clients' operational requirements during drilling shale problem zones, HPHT wells, reservoir protection, and increasing ROP. We have designed our customized formulations for different drilling operational requirements by using high-performance materials and additives.
