Born in 1965 in Masjed Soleiman, where the first oil well in the Middle East was discovered, Dr. Tahmasbi obtained his PhD. In Philosophy from Imperial College of London with an MA in Chemical Engineering. He founded Pars Drilling Fluids in 2003 to bring cutting-edge science into the drilling fluids market of Iran. Dr. Tahmasbi has been serving as the Chairman since the inception of the company.

Arash obtained his MA in Supply Chain Management from Cass Business School of London. Since then, he has been operating as a board member and director of marketing for PDF Co.

Mohammadreza Takayedi

Managing Director (PDFNK)

With more than 30 years of experience in Iran’s Drilling industry, both in the public and private sectors, Mr. Takayedi is currently serving as the Managing Director of Pars Drilling Fluids Novin Kish (PDFNK co.), the operational arm of PDF co.

Technical Deputy

Dr. Mojtaba Kalhor has been with PDF co since its inception. For all these years, he has served as the company’s technical deputy.
